Can I reset my account?

Bad news...

We currently have no way to completely reset your account. What you can do, though, is completely reset your SRS lessons and reviews so that those are completely cleared out. You can do this through the manage items page of a study list -> selecting all items -> demote items action -> set level to 0. This completely wipes your progress on those items, giving you a clean slate to work with!

Regarding Adventure, you can always revisit completed lessons at any time.

Another option is for us to delete and remake your account with the same email address. If you want this, please let us know at support@marumori.io , and we'll delete your current account for you.

That being said, account reset functionality is on our to-do list. However, it might take a little while still as other things currently take priority. Sorry for the inconvenience!
